Experienced with assignments in construction or woodwork crafts requiring the skilled use of standard carpenter tools and power driven woodworking machinery.
Ability to understand orally explained projects or in the form of rough sketches or blueprints.
Understand safety best practices while using construction tools and equipment
Pay attention to details and make accurate measurements and cuts.
Must live within 65 miles of Mad Project Facilitator’s location. Presently our only location is in Penryn, CA.
Required Tools
Carpentry cutting tools such as: circular saw, handsaw, table saw, or bandsaw
Measuring tape
Screws
Fill out our APPLICATION
Document (with pictures) your creating one of our sample projects, or describe and take pictures of existing work. All Makers must show ability to handle Level 1 projects.
Once accepted into our Maker program, you will receive orientation information to be signed.
Receive your first project
Provide project acceptance and coordinate final terms (including shipping or pick-up of final work)
Once received, your project will be inspected for satisfactory compliance with instructions.
